Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup oat flour
  • 2/3 Cup peanut flour or almond flour
  • 5 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp honey or Agave
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 Cup chocolate chips Dark

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add in the oat flour and peanut flour and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Add in chocolate chips.
  4. Separate the dough into 12 evenly sized balls.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
  6. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
