Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip
Description
This dip starts by whipping cream cheese and peanut butter with two types of sugar to create a fluffy sweet base. Vanilla and milk smooth out the texture to a spreadable consistency. Incorporating mini peanut butter cups and chocolate chips introduces varying textures and flavor contrasts that echo the ingredients commonly found in peanut butter cookies.
Refrigerating the dip firms it for easy scooping and holding its shape on dippers. Serving with crunchy options like graham crackers or pretzels provides a balance of salty and sweet textures. The recipe is quick to prepare and offers a no-bake dessert or snack option that mimics cookie dough flavor.
