Peanut Butter Cup S'mores Sliders
Description
This recipe assembles slider-sized buns halved and layered on the bottom with peanut butter cups and large marshmallows before topping with the bun tops. A mixture of crushed graham crackers, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar is brushed over the tops after a melted butter coating and then baked at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
The baking melts the peanut butter cups slightly and softens the marshmallows inside the warm, soft buns. The butter and spiced graham cracker topping give a crunchy contrast and extra familiar s'mores flavor notes. The cinnamon and nutmeg add a warm aroma complementing the chocolate and peanut butter.
These sliders work well as a fun dessert or after-dinner snack, especially for gatherings or for kids. Their handheld size makes them convenient to serve and enjoy warm from the oven.
