Peanut Butter Fudge

Super quick and easy Peanut Butter Fudge made at home on your stovetop or microwave without a candy thermometer! This is the creamiest, dreamiest, most simple peanut butter fudge recipe you'll ever need.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1 sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce can
  • 1 white chocolate chips 12-ounce bag
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a large sauce pan combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips. Stir over medium heat until bubbling and smooth. (see note)
  3. Remove mixture from heat and stir in vanilla. Immediately pour into prepared pan.
  4. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the fudge.
  5. Cool for at least 2 hour before cutting. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 weeks.

Notes

  • Microwave Directions
  • Microwave at 1/2 power 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat in 15-second intervals stirring after each until completely melted. (see note)
  • *If you find that while you are stirring peanut butter mixture (in either stovetop or microwave method) it doesn't become smooth, you may need to increase the heat and stir again. 
  • Combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips in a large heat-safe bowl. 
  • Microwave at 1/2 power 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat in 15-second intervals stirring after each until completely melted. (see note)
  • Stir in vanilla, then pour into prepared pan. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the top. Cool 2 hours before cutting.
