Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Description
The recipe begins by melting butter with brown sugar and milk over medium heat, then boiling briefly to create the proper candy stage for fudging. Peanut butter and vanilla are incorporated off heat before mixing into sifted powdered sugar for a smooth batter. The batter is poured into a lined pan and chilled until set, producing a fudge that holds its shape yet remains creamy and rich.
The final fudge has a balanced sweetness with the characteristic taste of peanut butter and a satisfying soft texture that can be cut into uniform squares for serving. It’s a classic no-bake candy suitable for sharing or gifting.
