Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Made with just 5 ingredients, this Homemade Peanut Butter Ice Cream is sweet and creamy, and incredibly easy to make. Top with hot fudge sauce for a quick and easy homemade ice cream sundae!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter such as Jif
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2⅔ cups Half & Half
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Puree the peanut butter, sugar, half & half, salt, and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator.
  3. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for a few hours or overnight before serving.
