  • 1 cup peanut butter you can use creamy or chunky (I used extra chunky Jif)
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium low heat, whisk together the peanut butter, coconut oil and sugar until melted and sugar is dissolved.  Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.  
  2. Store refrigerated in a covered container.
  3. To serve, drizzle a few tablespoons over a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the magic shell in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks to maintain freshness.
