Peanut butter pie

Peanut Butter Pie is a no-bake dessert with a crust made from crushed Nutter Butter cookies mixed with melted butter. Its creamy filling blends cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and whipped topping for a light yet rich texture. Chilled for several hours, the pie holds its shape and delivers a sweet, nutty flavor with a cookie crunch base.

Description

The base of this Peanut Butter Pie is formed by finely crushed Nutter Butter cookies combined with melted butter pressed into a springform pan. The filling is made by beating softened cream cheese with creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy, then incorporating powdered sugar and folded-in whipped topping for smoothness and volume.

Chilling the pie at least four hours sets the filling and enhances the texture contrast between crumbly crust and velvety center. The cookie crust provides a chocolate-peanut flavor backbone that complements the creamy, sweet peanut butter filling.

This dessert requires no baking, making it convenient to prepare ahead and serve chilled. It’s suitable as a casual dessert or for occasions where a rich, nut-forward sweet treat is desired.
