Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Balls
Description
This recipe begins by beating peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar until creamy, then folding in Rice Krispies cereal for a crunchy texture. Chilling the mixture helps it firm up, making it easy to shape into uniform balls. Each ball is placed in a mini paper cup for presentation.
The balls are then dipped individually into melted chocolate candy coating, which hardens into a shiny shell. This coating gives a contrasting snap outside while retaining the soft, crunchy interior. Proper refrigeration keeps the treats fresh and helps the coating set firmly.
Storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator preserves their texture and flavor for later enjoyment, making these peanut butter snacks convenient for gifting or casual snacking.
