  • 3/4 cup peanut butter , do not use natural
  • 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk whole
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups peanut butter frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with baking spray.
  2. Microwave your peanut butter for 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl (covered with a wet paper towel) until runny.
  3. To your stand mixer, add peanut butter, butter and sugar and cream on high speed for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  5. On the lowest speed setting add in the milk and water until smooth.
  6. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
  7. On lowest speed setting add in flour in batches until just combined.
  8. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Spread the Peanut Butter Frosting evenly over the cake while it's still warm.
