Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark

Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark combines creamy Greek yogurt with honey and runny peanut butter, spread into a thin layer and topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, strawberry jam, and crunchy peanuts. After freezing until firm, it breaks into pieces resembling bark for a chilled treat that balances creamy and nutty flavors with fresh fruit bursts. This preparation offers a refreshing and textured snack or dessert, useful for warm days or easy, no-bake preparations.

Description

Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark starts with Greek yogurt blended smoothly with honey and peanut butter, forming a rich and creamy base. After spreading this mixture in a thin layer on a sheet pan, it is artistically topped with strawberry jam, cut strawberries, blueberries, and peanuts that add bursts of sweetness and crunch. Freezing solid allows the yogurt to harden into a firm bark that can be broken into pieces for serving.

The combination of the creamy yogurt and peanut butter, sweet honey and jam, fresh berries, plus the crunch from peanuts creates a balance of textures and flavors. This method does not use baking or cooking, relying on freezing to set the bark.

This bark can be served as a chilled snack or dessert, offering a cool contrast with fruity and nutty notes. It is convenient for portioning ahead or making a healthy alternative to sweets when you want a refreshing treat.
