Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk, plain
- 1 cup fresh kale, washed and trimmed
- 1 pear, cut into four pieces
- 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 pieces ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz. Cheers to your health!
Notes
- For a thinner consistency add more almond milk. For thicker smoothie add more ice.
