Flaky and bite-sized, this pepperoni Christmas tree appetizer is a 5-ingredient masterpiece that won't last long!

Ingredients
- 2 Puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1-2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup (5-ounce) bag Mini pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Roll out puff pastry and spread pizza sauce all over the sheet making sure to go to the edges. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Add another puff pastry sheet on top and use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch strips.
- Fold each strip in an accordian making one end wider than the other and poke a skewer through the tree. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and press down gently on trees to help keep their shape while baking.
- Add egg wash to the top of the trees and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with a dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.

- Make ahead of time. Assemble the trees, cover them with plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before baking and serving warm.
- Store. Store leftover trees in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 1-2 months. Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
