This Christmas Tree Vegetable Platter is an easy, fun and festive appetizer or snack to serve during the holidays. It's quick to make and great for parties!

Ingredients
For the tree
- broccoli
- cherry tomatoes
- yellow pepper
- pretzel sticks
Dip
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients of the dressing together in a bowl and serve with your favorite veggies that have been arranged on a board in the shape of a Christmas tree!

- Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container. The vegetables will last up to 7-10 days. The dip will last 5-7 days. You can also repurpose the vegetables for stir frys, soups or salads.
- Make Ahead Tips: You can make the dip up to 2 days in advance. I would advise not preparing the vegetables until the day you plan to serve the platter.
