  • 2 Pounds chicken Breasts or boneless thighs, cubed

  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano or 2 teaspoons died, fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  2. Cube the chicken and add to the marinade. Cover as refrigerate overnight.
