Pesto Caprese Bites with Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 8 pieces Wasa Multi Grain Crispbread may substitute other Wasa varieties
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- 8 ounces smoked mozzarella thinly sliced
- 2 roma tomatoes thinly sliced
- ¼ cup basil leaves
Instructions
- To make the balsamic reduction, add balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil until thick and reduced, about 4-5 minutes.
- To assemble the bites, generously spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each Wasa Crispbread. Top with 2 slices mozzarella, 2 slices tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
