This pesto pasta starts by cooking pasta to al dente in salted boiling water.   • 1 cup Spinach Basil Pesto or any other pesto you like, my recipe
  • 1 pound pasta uncooked
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese or more to taste, freshly grated, to taste
  • olive oil
  • basil sliced, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pasta pot, cook the pasta to al dente, according to the instructions of the package, in salted boiling water.
  2. Drain the pasta, and put it back in the pot.
  3. Add in the pesto and some parmesan cheese, and toss to combine.
  4. Serve drizzled with more olive oil and sprinkled with more cheese.
