These easy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are packed with tender ground beef, caramelized onion, peppers, and ooey-gooey melted cheese, these handheld delights are the perfect combination of savory and satisfying. Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 onion diced, sweet yellow
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 24 slider roll
  • 6 ounces provolone cheese thinly sliced

For the Topping:

  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper and cook, breaking apart the meat with a spatula for 8-10 minutes or until it is cooked through. Drain the meat well.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Then mix in the cream cheese until combined.
  4. Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom sections in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls. Top with provolone cheese slices, and then arrange the tops of the rolls on to fit.
  5. Mix the melted butter and garlic salt together. Cut between the sandwich rolls and then brush the butter mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
