Philly Crab Fries are a Phillies baseball stadium favorite, this version of the dish is tossed with olive oil, old bay seasoning & baked in the oven.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice the potatoes into wedges, then place them in a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes.
- Toss to coat all of the potatoes with the olive oil, then sprinkle the old bay seasoning on top.
- Toss well to coat.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
