Pico de Gallo, also known as salsa fresca, is made from fresh tomato, onion, cilantro, hot pepper and lime juice. Perfect with tortilla chips!

- 2 vine ripened tomatoes chopped with seeds removed
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño chopped with seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
