  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces
  • 1 can pineapple not drained, 20 ounces, crushed
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup coconut shredded, sweetened
  • ½ cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together the vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple.
  2. Stir in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Then stir in the marshmallows and shredded coconut.
  4. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  5. Serve topped with the chopped pecans.  Enjoy!
