This pineapple mojito recipe combines the flavors of the classic Cuban cocktail of rum and mint with the sweet taste of pineapple.

Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz pineapple rum
- 3 oz club soda
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 TB white sugar
- 3 Lime wedges juiced
- 5-6 mint leaves minced

Instructions
- Add lime wedges, sugar, and mint leaves to the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Use a muddler (or the back of a wooden spoon) to gently crush the mint leaves and lime wedges.
- Add ice, rums, and juice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the shaker (including ice, mint leaves, etc.) into your glass.
- Top with a splash of soda water and more ice as needed.
