Ingredients
- 2 cups kale stems removed (I used spinach because that is what I had on hand)
- 1/4 cup mint fresh
- 2 cups coconut water unsweetened
- 3 cups pineapple chopped
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
- Blend the kale, mint, and coconut water until smooth.
- Add the pineapple and lime juice and blend again.
