Pineapple Strawberry Salsa

Delicious sweet and savory pineapple strawberry salsa with cilantro, onion, and lime.

Ingredients
- Whole pineapple to use as a bowl
- 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and diced
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- Tortilla chips of your choice
Instructions
- To make the bowl, cut about ? of the pineapple off. Leaving the stem intact on the larger section of the pineapple. Cut out the middle creating a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the lime juice. Drizzle lime juice over the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Place the salsa in the pineapple bowl.
- Chill and serve with tortilla chips!
