Cake Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces cake mix white or yellow
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding mix 4 serving size
  • 3 egg
  • 1 cup club soda or water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped

Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk cold
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding mix 4 serving size

Instructions

Cake Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the cake pans by greasing and flouring them so the cake does not stick.
  3. Combine all the dry cake ingredients in large mixer bowl.
  4. With an electrix mixer mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.  (You can use 2 9-inch rounds for this cake as well.)

Frosting

  1. Pour the milk into a deep bowl.
  2. Add the Dream Whip and the pistachio pudding mix.
  3. With and electric mixer mix on low speed for about 30 seconds. Gradually increase speed until mixture forms peaks. Spread on cake
