Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Pistachio Crusted Salmon presents salmon fillets topped with a mixture of finely chopped pistachios, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic. The salmon is seasoned, coated with this nutty glaze, and baked, resulting in a tender, flaky fish with a sweet and tangy pistachio crust.

Description

This recipe involves bringing salmon fillets to room temperature, seasoning them with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then coating them with a pistachio mixture made from finely chopped nuts combined with maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic. The nutty topping adds texture and flavor.

The salmon is baked at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through but still moist. The sweet and tangy glaze caramelizes slightly under the heat, contrasting with the richness of the fish and the crunch from the pistachios.

This dish can serve as a flavorful and elegant main course. The pistachio crust adds visual appeal and a unique taste profile among salmon preparations.
