Ingredients
- 4 Puff pastry sheets thawed
- 10 tbsp tomato puree
- ½ tbsp oregano
- 4 anchovies chopped (optional – add a little salt to your sauce if not using anchovies)
- 150 gms mozzarella cheese shredded, 5.3 oz
- milk to brush
Notes
- These pastries taste better when just made. I do not advise making them the day before you want to serve them.
