Ingredients
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup Mini pepperoni
- ½ cup green pepper diced
- ½ cup red pepper diced
- 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 14 oz Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Roll crescent roll dough out on a greased baking sheet.
- Create four rectangles by pinching the dough together.
- Add pepperoni, peppers, and cheese evenly on all rectangles.
- Starting with the shorter side of each rectangle, carefully roll the dough. If your dough is too warm, it will not roll well or it may tear easier. Putting your pan in the freezer for 5-10 minutes will help.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces and lay them flat on your greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until crescent cook is baked thoroughly and golden brown.
- Serve with pizza sauce and enjoy!

- Make certain to preheat the oven before adding the pizza for optimal baking.
- When rolling out the dough, pinch together any areas that have separated to form four even rectangles of dough.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces for evenly cooked pinwheels that are bite sized and easy to handle.
- Bake until golden brown on top; this should take around 12 minutes depending on how thickly rolled they are.
- Slice the pinwheels with a serrated knife for a clean cut.
- For a crispier finish, bake the pinwheels on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Make sure your dough is cold before attempting to roll it up. I take it out of the fridge right before I need it. If it’s too warm and soft, it may tear more easily or not roll properly! Put your pan in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to help cool down the dough before handling it if needed.
