This fresh and hearty pizza salad has all of the delicious flavors of classic pizza but without the crust. This is a healthier, low-carb version of a slice of pepperoni pizza!

Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 3/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning or to taste
- 1 recipe Italian dressing
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Chop 6 cups Romaine lettuce, slice 1/2 cup black olives, 1/4 cup red onions, 1/4 cup pepperoncini, 1/2 cup grape tomatoes1/4 cup green bell pepper, and 1/4 cup green bell pepper,. Once those are prepared, add them to a large mixing bowl. to a large mixing bowl.
- To the same bowl, add 3/4 cup pepperoni slices, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup croutons, and 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning.
- Drizzle the salad with 1 recipe Italian Dressing and gently toss until well coated.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes, and enjoy!
