  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoon passata
  • 30 g spinach chopped
  • 30 g mozzarella cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 25 g green olives sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
  2. Using a meat tenderiser or heavy rolling pin, flatten 400 g Chicken breast so each one is equal thickness throughout.
  3. Mix together 4 tablespoon Passata, 30 g Spinach, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic granules, 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Spread the sauce over the chicken breasts and top with 25 g Green olives.
  5. Cover with 30 g Mozzarella.
  6. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • You can stuff the chicken by cutting a slit inside and filling with the sauce and toppings before baking.
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the cooked chicken just before serving for extra flavor.
