Pizza Dough

  • 500 gms flour
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml water 8.5 oz.; lukewarm
  • 1 dry yeast 7 gms - 1/4 oz, sachet of
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Toppings

  • 150 ml tomato puree 5 oz
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¾ tbsp oregano
  • 300 gms mozzarella cheese 10.5 oz.; shredded
  • green olives 1/2 olive per piece
  • 40 gms ham 1.5 oz
