Ingredients
- 700 gms octopus cleaned and cut in bite size pieces, 1.5 lb., small/medium
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cherry tomato quartered
- 2 garlic halved, cloves
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 80 ml white wine
- salt to taste
- 4 potato cut in 5 cm - 2 inch cubes, medium
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped (optional
