  • 700 gms octopus cleaned and cut in bite size pieces, 1.5 lb., small/medium
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cherry tomato quartered
  • 2 garlic halved, cloves
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 80 ml white wine
  • salt to taste
  • 4 potato cut in 5 cm - 2 inch cubes, medium
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped (optional

Notes

  • Cooking times may vary depending on your octopus. Make sure you cook it until tender.
