Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup pomegranate arils plus more for serving
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend for 60-120 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Notes
- Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight mason jar. It will stay fresh for up to 24 hours. Ideally, it’s best to consume immediately after making.
- Equipment: I make my smoothies in my Vitamix. It has a “smoothie” button so it does all the work for me until the ingredients are well blended.
