Pork Chop Sandwich
Description
The recipe begins by sautéing thinly sliced onions in butter until soft and slightly browned, adding mild sweetness and depth of flavor. Pork chops are seasoned with salt and pepper, then coated lightly in flour to promote a subtle crust when pan-fried in oil. The chops are cooked until golden and just done through, ensuring a tender and juicy texture.
The toasted buns are spread generously with mayonnaise and whole grain mustard, adding creaminess and tang. The pork chops are topped with the sautéed onions and assembled into sandwiches. The combination of flavors and textures provides a satisfying meal without complication.
This sandwich is best served immediately after assembly to retain the pork chop's crisp edges and the buns’ toasted texture. It works well as a casual lunch or dinner option.

- Top each bottom bun with a pork chop and pile onions on top.
- Gently press the top buns onto each sandwich and serve immediately.
