Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can
  • ¼ cup butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup pecans chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

Step No.1: Prepare the Baking Dish

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Step No.2: Make the Praline Topping

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in brown sugar, heavy cream, and pecans. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step No.3: Make the Fudge Base

  1. In a separate saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining butter over low heat. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.

Step No.4: Swirl in the Pralines

  1. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spoon dollops of praline mixture over the top and gently swirl it in using a knife or skewer.

Step No.5: Chill and Set

  1. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.

Step No.6: Serve and Enjoy

  1. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • White Chocolate: Use high-quality white chocolate chips for a smoother texture.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for longer freshness.
  • Pecan Crunch: For extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them to the praline mixture.
  • Dark Chocolate Twist: Swap white chocolate for semi-sweet or dark chocolate.
  • Salted Caramel Swirl: Drizzle with salted caramel sauce before chilling.
  • Nut-Free Version: Substitute pecans with toasted coconut or omit them entirely.
  • Pumpkin Spice Fudge: Add ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice for a fall-inspired twist.
