Prawn and Spinach Pasta

This Prawn and Spinach Pasta combines spaghetti cooked al dente with sautéed king prawns, fresh baby spinach, diced tomatoes, and garlic infused with a hint of red chili. Olive oil creates a light base for the ingredients, and grated Parmesan cheese finishes the dish with a salty, nutty flavor. The quick, fresh preparation yields a dish with a balance of tender prawns, wilted greens, and a slightly spicy, garlicky tomato sauce.

Description

Prawn and Spinach Pasta involves cooking spaghetti according to package directions until al dente before draining. Olive oil is heated and infused with finely chopped garlic and red chili pepper, releasing aromatic flavors. Peeled and chopped king prawns are sautéed in this oil until they turn pink and firm.

Chopped tomatoes and fresh baby spinach are then added to the pan to lightly cook, wilt the greens, and slightly soften the tomatoes while preserving their brightness. The drained pasta is tossed into the pan to combine with the sauce, seasoning with black pepper.

Finally, grated Parmesan cheese is sprinkled on top to add richness and depth. The pasta is served hot, offering contrasting textures of tender noodles, juicy prawns, and soft yet vibrant vegetables with a mild heat from the chili.
