Ingredients
Purple Layer
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt frozen into cubes
- 1 tbsp Cellucor vanilla casein protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Pink Layer
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt frozen into cubes
- 1 tbsp Cellucor vanilla casein protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
White Layer
- 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt frozen into cubes
- 1 tbsp Cellucor vanilla casein protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3-5 large ice cubes
- Optional: fat-free whipped cream for topping
