  • 50 gms prosciutto 1 ¾ oz

  • 60 ml white wine ¼ cup
  • 80 ml chicken stock plus more if needed, ⅓ cup
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
