Protein Cookie Dough

This Protein Cookie Dough recipe creates a soft, scoopable dough using almond flour, plant-based vanilla protein powder, and almond butter. Sweetened lightly with maple syrup and flavored with vanilla, the mixture is studded with chocolate chips for classic cookie dough appeal. It is intended to be eaten raw as a protein-rich snack or dessert alternative with creamy and nutty textures.

Description

Protein Cookie Dough combines almond flour and vanilla protein powder into a moist dough bound by almond butter, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. The maple syrup adds subtle sweetness, while vanilla and salt enhance the overall flavor. Chocolate chips folded in add a familiar texture and bursts of chocolate.

The resulting mixture is soft, creamy, and moist enough to enjoy immediately without baking. It can be consumed as a high-protein snack that mimics traditional cookie dough’s texture and flavor but with a healthier ingredient profile. The cold storage option allows it to firm slightly and keep well in the refrigerator.

Because it's designed to be eaten raw, this recipe fits well as a quick protein-rich treat or as energy for workouts. It does not require baking or additional steps, making it a practical option for on-the-go eating or preparation in advance.
