A nutritious and delicious tuna based salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cannellini beans (cooked)
- ¾ cup canned tuna (preferably an Italian or Spanish brand)
- ¼ cup garbanzo beans (cooked)
- ⅓ cup red pepper (sweet, diced)
- 2 Tbsp carrot (diced)
- 5 black olives (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt (to taste)
- wine vinegar (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and toss together. Taste, and add more oil, salt and/or vinegar if needed.
- Spoon into serving bowl and serve with crusty bread, or as a side dish.
Notes
- Feel free to add and omit similar ingredients to make the recipe your very own.
