Ingredients
Sliders
- ½ pound Bacon chopped
- 12 count Hawaiian slider buns
- 1 pound pulled pork warmed
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 6 lices Colby jack cheese
Topping
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon until it reaches the level of crispness you desire. When the bacon is done, move to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
- Place sliders on a cutting board and cut in half. Remove the top of buns and set aside.
- Place the bottom half of the buns in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the pulled pork evenly over the buns, top with BBQ sauce, cooked bacon and cheese slices. Replace the top half of the buns.
- In a small microwave safe bowl add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Microwave 30-60 seconds, or until completely melted.
- Stir mixture to combine and brush on top of buns with a basting brush.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover sliders in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep in mind that the longer you store sliders on Hawaiian rolls, the soggier the buns will get. Either wrap the baking dish in plastic wrap or foil, or transfer leftover sliders to an airtight container.
- I do not recommend freezing completed sandwiches
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place sliders in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until warmed through.
