• 200 gms sugar 1 cup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 tbsp desiccated coconut finely
• ½ tbsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

• 40 gms unsalted butter melted, 1/3 cup
• 2 egg
• 75 gms pumpkin puree 3/4 cup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 60 ml coconut cream 1/4 cup

Coconut & sour cream frosting

• coconut cream
• sour cream
• icing sugar to taste
• desiccated coconut finely
