Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • candy corn optional, or pumpkins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin in a large bowl and beat until fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until the batter is smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 15x10 baking pan, and bake for 30 minutes.

Frosting

  1. While bars are baking, make the frosting. Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth.
  2. Let bars cool completely before frosting. Cut the bars beforehand and pipe on frosting or frost and then cut.
