  • 1/2 cup pumpkin canned
  • 1 cup rice milk almond milk or cow’s milk also usable; vanilla flavor used
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • 2 coops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Serve.
