Pumpkin Mousse

Pumpkin Mousse combines smooth cream cheese with pumpkin puree and spices to create a light, creamy dessert. The whipped cream folded in adds a fluffy texture, balancing the dense pumpkin and cream cheese base. Sweetened with brown and powdered sugar along with pumpkin pie and maple extracts, it offers warm autumn flavors in a chilled, soft mousse form, suitable for small to moderate servings.

Description

Pumpkin Mousse blends cream cheese and pumpkin puree into a smooth base enhanced by brown sugar, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and maple extracts. Whipped cream is gently folded in to give the mousse a light, airy texture that contrasts with the creamy body. After mixing, it should chill for at least two hours, preferably overnight, to develop flavor and firm up. The final presentation can be individual ramekins dusted lightly with pumpkin spice, making it convenient for portion control and serving.
