- 1 recipe pie crust chilled, Best Ever
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ⅔ cup light corn syrup 8 oz/225 g
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅔ cup brown sugar 4 oz/115 g
- 1 egg large, at room temperature
- 2 egg large
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups pecan halves 6¼ oz/177 g, toasted
- Whipped Cream for serving, optional
