If you (or your kids) are getting tired of the same old snacks I've got the perfect solution to switch things up ...A Pumpkin Pie Green Smoothie! The kick of the fresh cinnamon along with the sweetness of the banana in this recipe makes the spinach hardly even noticeable.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 banana ripe (the riper they are the sweeter they'll be
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup PLAIN yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon may need to add more if not using freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Puree together in a blender until smooth and serve cold with a straw.
