  • 1 cup pumpkin 240 grams, puree
  • 8 oz Greek yogurt 226 grams, Dannon Light and Fit vanilla non-fat
  • 6 oz whipped topping 170 grams, fat free Cool Whip brand
  • 2 coops casein protein powder (64 grams)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp maple extract
  • 135 mg Stevia Sweetener pure

Instructions

  1. Add all wet ingredients to a mixing bowl, then add dry ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Serve with a graham cracker crust and/or a whipped cream topping, if desired.

Notes

  • Check the notes before making any substitutions for the casein protein powder - other types of protein powder like whey will result in a runny texture instead of a creamy and fluffy whip.
