Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb Shrimp thawed
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon juice, squeezed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded or grated
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Allow to simmer for about 4 minutes, or until shrimp are pink in color.
- Stir in the lemon juice and chicken broth.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until fully incorporated.
- Serve with additional Parmesan and chopped Parsley if desired. Enjoy!
