Quick and Easy Mini Banana Muffins

Quick and Easy Mini Banana Muffins are small baked treats made by mixing mashed bananas with melted butter, egg, sugar, vanilla, and dry ingredients. These muffins are tender and moist with subtle banana flavor, ideal for a snack or breakfast. Their mini size makes them convenient for portion control or sharing.

Description

This recipe uses ripe bananas mashed with melted butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract to create a moist batter. Baking soda and salt provide leavening and balance flavor, while all-purpose flour contributes structure. The batter is spooned into a greased mini muffin pan about two-thirds full and baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-14 minutes until just set. Cooling briefly before removing helps the muffins hold their shape.

The muffins offer familiar banana sweetness with a tender crumb, suited for quick preparations and adaptable to snack or brunch times. Their small size makes them portable and easier to serve in gatherings or to children.
